Airborne Numerical Test
Pulling the right numbers off a chart and graphs under time pressure, then doing speed–distance–time and fuel arithmetic in your head.
Before you start
- You have 4 minutes. Answer as many as you can.
- You fly a parcel between waypoints on the chart. Read the leg distances from the chart.
- Your speed comes from the parcel weight: read miles-per-minute off the weight graph.
- Bad-weather legs (amber, dashed) halve your speed for that leg.
- Some questions give four options to pick with 1–4; others you type the answer in.
Next: two untimed worked examples, then the 4-minute run. The clock only starts when you begin the real test.
